Toys-on-rent membership policies

Toys-on-rent offers an online subscription leasing service providing its members with access to a wide variety of toys, books, music and developmental materials (collectively, "materials"). We offer a basic subscription service, our referral program, and special promotional plans with varying costs and benefits depending on the program. Under all plans, members select materials at our website, or with rewards potentially direct us to select the materials on their behalf, and receive the materials through local courier or directly by toys-on-rent representative and return them in similar manner. When you direct us to select the materials on your behalf, you release toys-on-rent from any claims or liability arising from our selections. Once you have indicated that a material is being returned, we mail you additional materials as appropriate.

Toys-on-rent referral program policies

Toys-on-rent offers an online referral program for existing toys-on-rent members. 75 reward points will be credited to the existing members account within 15 days of referred friend joining toys-on-rent. In case of duplication, member referring first will be eligible for the reward credits. toys-on-rent rewards are not redeemable for cash. toys-on-rent reserves the right for final decision in case of any dispute. Toys-on-rent referral points will be credited only upon the referred customer joining toys-on-rent by selecting any of the available rental plans except the Trial plan.

Redeeming reward points

Toys-on-rent reward points can be redeemed against renewal of your membership fees. Minimum redemption amount in 150 reward points. Upon accumulation of every 4 referrals, toys-on-rent members are eligible for a one month subscription of Lilliput package! Each referral account will have only one referring toys-on-rent member. At no point, reward points can be converted into cash or equivalent instrument. Toys-on-rent reward points can be redeemed to avail benefit in rental fees/ membership fees. The reward points cannot be sued for quick-Buy items of refundable deposit required to be paid by every toys-on-rent customer. We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes from time to time and without notice in how we operate the toys-on-rent service or the programs therein. Below is a description concerning the operation of the toys-on-rent service:

• The Leasing Of Materials The leasing of materials is based upon monthly membership plans associated with each of our product listing in the catalogue. We offer a basic subscription that includes a certain minimum number of toys for a minimum of one month. You may exceed this minimum number by paying in any given month for additional toys. A toys-on-rent rewards program offers additional benefits, such as free subscription for referring toys-on-rent to your family and friends. To view your current plan and other details, click on the "My Account" link. You may modify your plan in the Change Plan section of "My Account" if your current plan is not satisfying your needs.

• Delivery Speed We utilize a common carrier to send and receive materials that you have selected to lease. The delivery times you encounter will vary based on a number of factors including geographical location.

• Due Dates Provided you continue to be a paying member of our subscription service, you may keep materials as long as you like. We do not impose any required return dates (other than upon cancellation of the service). Given that we have no required return dates, we do not charge any late fees. Instead, your account will indicate that you have chosen to lease the appropriate materials for another month. To avoid being charged for another month, you must deposit the materials with the appropriate common carrier by the date indicated on your leasing invoice. You will be required to return the material within 3 days following any cancellation of the service or be subject to charge for the unreturned materials. Also, you may be charged for material that you lose or damage.

• Your Materials Materials that you select to lease will be noted in your account. You may add material or adjust selections at anytime. We will determine which material to send to you based on the material in your account.

• Delivery and Return of Leased Material Generally, we process requests within forty-eight hours. In certain instances, requested materials may not ship immediately. This can occur, for example, when your choice is not available or the number of shipments capable of being processed on that day has been exceeded. Other factors that may affect delivery times, include, but are not limited to the timing of your order circumstances impacting delivery by the common carrier, and any unplanned downtime of our computer systems. Generally all of the returns are processed on the same day received. We make no guaranty as to the shipping and delivery of material and may, in our sole and absolute discretion, change our business practice regarding delivery and shipping without notice.

• Billing toys-on-rent subscription service is offered on a month-to-month, quarterly, half-yearly as well as annual plans. The toys-on-rent fee, will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each period of renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your toys-on-rent subscription. In the event your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, For example, if you became a paying subscriber on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Refundable deposit: depending upon the toys-on-rent plan you select, members will be required to pay a refundable deposit as a guarantee for availing the leasing services. Thee refundable deposit will be returned to the client after deducting any loss or damages to the Materials within 30 days after closure of the account and receipt of the Materials at toys-on-rent.

• Cancellation You may cancel your toys-on-rent membership or participation in the toys-on-rent subscription service at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNUSED MATERIALS. To cancel follow the instructions on the "My Account" page. Upon cancellation, you will be given until the return date indicated on the "My Account" page and in your delivered materials to return any outstanding leased materials. Failure to return such materials will result in your Payment Method being billed for such items. Gift Cards

We offer for sale on toys-on-rent website various gift subscriptions redeemable for the toys-on-rent subscription service. We also offer gift cards for sale. Gift cards are for the time period designated and are not transferable after registration. The recipient of the gift subscription must register the gift subscription within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Gift cards must also be redeemed within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Gift cards that are not redeemed within six (6) months after date of purchase will, without further notice, expire. There are no refunds or other credit for unredeemed gift subscriptions or gift cards. Recipients of a gift cards will still need to register a payment method during the Gift Subscription period to assure a refundable deposit is credited to toys-on-rent. No deductions will be made against the refundable deposit unless recipient does not return leased materials prior to the end of the leasing period, fails to return materials, or returns damaged materials. At the end of the gift subscription period, the recipient has the option of continuing as a normal subscriber. Although the subscription is cancelable at anytime, there is no refund or credit for partially used periods. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift subscriptions or gift cards, except as required by law. Gift subscriptions and gift cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash, cannot be resold and cannot be combined with any other special or free offers, including other gift subscriptions and gift cards.

Quick buys Return Policies

The purchaser agrees that returns must be received within 2 days of initial invoice in the original unopened package. Payment will be returned, less shipping charges, through the same form it was received. Shipping of returns shall be by insured method.
